Recovering dirty oil, and reusing it in production facilities is a reality that today allows significant savings. The Vacuum Filter rotary filters allow continuous cycle filtration, which in addition to decimating the expenses for new supplies, keeps the oil quality constant over time so that it can be reused in other processes.
Filtration is performed with PRECOAT filters, machines that use a layer of fossil flour as a filtering medium, also equipped with a system for heating dirty oil and insulation, in stainless steel AISI 304 or carbon.
They are widely used in the cleaning of drawing and cooling oil, printing machines and industrial oil in general, but also in other cases where the disposal of dirty oil is too expensive or where the quality of the oil used affects the quality of the product the final.
In order to be filtered and then cleaned, the oil must be brought to a temperature close to 80 ° C and for this reason the Vacuum Filter filters are equipped with a preheating tank. As for the whole Vacuum Filter range, it is possible to request automatic plant execution, controlled by PLC, pneumatic valves and solenoid valves. The range includes filters of 1.2 Mq, 3.4 Mq and 5.5 Mq of filtering surface.

The system supplied in a package is ready for connection, supplied with an automatic external load pump, an internal recycling pump and an extraction pump for relaunching the network.
Oil heating is managed by temperature controllers.
The savings on lubricant supplies are considerable, moreover the machine performs cycles of 4-6 days in complete autonomy, without the assistance of the operator.
The machine does not require continuous maintenance and the consumption of fossil flour is limited.

FILTRO 3.4 Mq
This filter is inserted in a wire drawing line of medium size and works on automatic cycles of 20 hours per day for a consumption of flour equal to 20Kg per day.
The management of the heaters is managed automatically with two thermostats.
The system is equipped with a compressed air circuit for purging the pipes.
On the same plant, we note the detail of the pumps for the recirculation of the diathermic oil and the 4 resistances mounted in pairs on the tanks of the dirty oil and of the fossil flour.
The diathermic oil circuit on 3.4 square meter machines is independent and equipped with an expansion tank located above the machine.
You can also see the insulation covered in stainless steel AISI 304, like all the components of the machine.
FILTER 1.2 Mq
This filter is inserted in a drawing line and works on automatic cycles of 20 hours per day.
On the 1.2 square meter machines the oil to be filtered is directly heated with 4 resistances placed in the tanks of the dirty oil and fossil flour.

Like all the machines produced by Vacuum Filter it is possible to request changes in the execution, as in this case the containment tank placed under the structure and the modifications to the incoming piping.

Fully automatic filter that only requires the loading of the fossil flour before each cycle.
Performs all oil loading, precoat preparation and filtration operations, via PLC control and pneumatic valves.
Equipped with compressed air purge system, managed by the PLC. The flour loading box is optional.
