Tumbling
Vacuum Filter machines are widely used in tumbling processes, for the dehydration of tumbling sludge and solid-liquid separation for the re-use of the liquid in the production process. We can provide a perfect "closed loop" with mixing tank for the accumulation of "dirty" liquid and "clean" tank.

Painting
Our company offers a complete, ready-to-use system for filtering polluted water from water curtain coating booths. Our machines differ from other standard dirt separators (skimmers) mainly in terms of the solid residue: this will have to be disposed of and will be much more dehydrated and thus reduced. We are able to filter any type of paint, pre-treated with the use of flocculants if necessary.

Electroplating
The Vacuum Filter rotary filter is used to filter water from electroplating shops of all types, from chromium-plating to nickel-plating, from galvanising to copper-plating. By continuously filtering the tanks, it will be possible to remove all suspended solids from the processing liquids, facilitating final purification.

Phospho-degreasing
Our equipment is capable of filtering the degreasing, rinsing, stripping and bonder tanks for both wire cleaning and treatment and for surface treatments on metal parts destined for painting (degreasing tunnel). We can also deal with special liquids such as emulsions.

Mining
Over the years, we have also often worked in the mining sector, filtering water from the cutting of marble, travertine, for ceramic processing and plaster casting. It is often possible to filter these liquids with our scraper blade system, as the suspended solid is often in the form of crystal.

Sludge purification / dehydration
Often our filter is used to complete the processing of a purification plant, allowing the dehydration of the sludge that has been previously physically and chemically treated, with considerable reduction in operator and maintenance costs compared to traditional and inconvenient filter presses. Not only that, but lately we have also been supplying equipment to further dewater the evaporator concentrate or act as a first pre-purification roughing. They are also excellent downstream of biological or civil sewage treatment plants.
